Technical Architect – Hospitality/Kitchen Design
Location: Estepona, Málaga

We are building a highly cross‑functional department within the F&B sector and are looking for analytical, strategic, and detail‑oriented profiles to join the team. The selected candidate will work on large‑scale, complex real projects across multiple countries, actively participating in different strategic and operational phases with direct business impact.
Responsibilities
* Participate in projects within the hospitality sector focused on F&B.
* Analyze, structure and follow up across different development phases.
* Coordinate and support internal processes related to operations, expansion and development.
* Create and optimize processes, documentation and work structures.
* Support business analysis, research and development of new initiatives.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with different teams and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Analytical skills, structured thinking and strong judgement.
* Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* AutoCAD knowledge.
* Minimum English level: B2.
* Knowledge of BIM tools and Adobe Suite (highly valued).
* Any additional technical, creative or analytical skills (highly valued).
