About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Principal Consultant to lead transformational programs and end-to-end implementations for global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor project teams while driving SAP innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs
• Drive client engagements (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid projects)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Prepare solution proposals and effort estimations
• Mentor and manage project teams to ensure delivery excellence
Must-Have Skills
• Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales OR technical expertise (ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM
• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations
• Proven leadership experience in SAP projects
• Valid SAP certification in relevant areas
• Languages: Spanish and English at C1+ level
