**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and market share for the probiotics category in Western Europe.
- ** Global Brand Launch**: Lead the launch of one of our leading integral brands in the Western European market, ensuring a successful introduction and sustained growth.
- ** Brand Management**: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy to ensure consistency and alignment with goals.
- ** Matrix Team Leadership / Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including interaction with Global Brand Team, Commercial, Medical & Regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- ** Campaign Development**: Lead the implementation / adaptation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- ** Market Analysis**: Perform thorough market performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities and closely monitor the competitive landscape.
- ** New Product Launches**: Manage the launch of new products, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the brand across the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior brand manager role.
- Proven experience in FMCG / Healthcare industries is strongly desired.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools & platforms.
