You might be a creator yourself or someone who’s been actively managing online communities and social media professionally for the past few years. /pp This role is about building trust, fostering community, and showing up authentically in the spaces that matter most to creators. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes socials, someone who knows what makes a post take off, and how to build a real following and engagement. /p p You’ll be the voice and presence of MAKE across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and X, engaging in real conversations, sharing useful content, and helping creators discover a better way to manage banking. /p pb What You’ll Do /b /pp Community Building /pulli Be active in subreddits and threads where creators are discussing challenges in banking, or running their business. Respond, support, and join the conversation naturally. /lili Create and manage MAKE’s own Reddit community, including posting, moderation, and engagement. /lili Develop programs like AMAs, QAs, or community challenges that make people want to participate and feel part of something. /li /ul p Brand Ownership /pulli Set up, launch, and grow MAKE’s organic social channels on Instagram, TikTok, and X. /lili Create content yourself: short videos, behind-the-scenes moments, community stories, or relatable posts that resonate with creators /lili Be comfortable appearing on camera and/or attending creator events to represent MAKE authentically to create content like interviews,event recaps, or spontaneous clips. /lili Work with our designer and content manager to ensure visuals and tone feel consistent and genuine. /lili Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. /li /ul p Influencer Creator Collaboration /pulli Identify and collaborate with creators and influencers who genuinely align with MAKE’s mission. /lili Build long-term relationships with trusted voices who can share their experiences and advocate for MAKE in an authentic way. /lili Support and amplify creators within the community, not as ads, but as peers sharing what works for them. /li /ul p Analytics Insights /pulli Track performance across channels: engagement, conversation trends, and sentiment. /lili Share insights with the team on what’s resonating, what creators are talking about, and what we can learn from it. /lili Use data to experiment and continuously improve how we show up on social media and in communities. /li /ul pb You’ll Thrive Here If You /b /pulli Can wear multiple hats, from catching trends and creating content on the fly, to joining Reddit threads where real conversations are happening, to recording short videos or walkthroughs for new feature launches. /lili Feel comfortable being visible; posting, replying, and joining discussions genuinely. /lili Have a natural ability to build trust, start conversations, and connect with people online. /lili You know Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok like the back of your hand /lili Have deep expertise running and growing social channels (even your own). /lili Enjoy using insights and data to understand what’s working and why. /li /ul pb Experience Background /b /pp We’re open to a range of experiences.
