* Lead the coordination and management of the warehouse, inventory and its operations

Responsabilities
o Monitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods/deliveries
o Monitor and process returns including initial quality inspection
o Investigate stock deviations
o Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations/bins as required
o Ensure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates/scrapping
o Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking
o Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE
o Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods/deliveries
o Other supply chain duties as directed

o Receiving and dispatch time
o Returns processing time
o Stock taking accuracy (% of stock variation)
Competencies/Skills
Education:
o Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good)
o Certificate in warehousing preferred
Work experience:
o 1-2 years supply chain experience preferred
o SAP experience preferred
Skills & competencies required:
o Process and e2e thinking (well structured, methodical)
o High organizational skills
o Ability to act autonomously
o Good interpersonal skills
o Good IT understanding (e.g. SAP, CRM, WMS)
o Good communication skills to all organizational levels
