Commercial & Marketing Finance Business Partner responsibilities are critical for driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with commercial teams and providing strategic financial guidance. This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
About The Role: Commercial & Marketing Finance Business PartnerResponsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Performance Management: Analyze financial performance of the commercial line;
conduct in‑depth financial analysis, KPIs and metrics to monitor company performance.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts and strategic plans;
provide financial guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Business Partnership and Decision Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the commercial team on pricing, promotions, investment, and customer decisions.
- Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis: Assess the financial impact of different business initiatives and market dynamics;
provide recommendationsbased on financial modeling.
- Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Present financial reports and dashboards for the management team and stakeholders;
build strong relationships with commercial teams.
- House in order/Internal controls: Ensure a strong control environment and compliance with external and internal requirements, i.E. accounting standards and audits.
- Organization development and team management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in related roles, with a focus on commercial finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis and Excel.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
- Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
- Availability to be assigned to different finance positions worldwide in the mid‑term.
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.
