Responsibilities
* She/He is responsible for carrying out supply of materials and raw material required.
* Responsible for communicating product needs to suppliers.
* Responsible for receptions control, both in terms of time and quantities as well as in packaging compliance.
* Responsible for monitoring and meeting deadlines, managing possible program increases.
* Responsible for the entry into the system of delivery notes of suppliers, controlling quantities of product supplied.
* She/He is responsible for optimizing needed levels of stocks of raw material.
* Responsible for weekly inventory of purchased materials.
* Responsible that the weight of the pallets coincides with the quantity of product requested.
* She/He is responsible for control and verification of expired materials or stocks.
* Responsible for documentation of all product references in SAP software.
Qualifications
* High School/Professional education and/or University Dregree
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
* ERP and Office computer skills, QHSE basic knowledge
* Spanish, English and/or French
