About the Opportunity
A global leader in high-performance hotmelt adhesives for the hygiene industry is expanding its European footprint and seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to support and grow its strategic partnership with P&G.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a key communication bridge with P&G Global Purchase, supporting the Global Account Manager in strategic project execution.
* Collaborate with P&G Global R&D and GMDSO teams to understand product recommendations and drive implementation.
* Lead communication with P&G EIMEA factories, ensuring smooth product application, order delivery, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Build strong relationships with factory stakeholders, advocate for product value, and help overcome barriers to onboarding new suppliers.
* Identify new business opportunities by gathering insights into P&G’s applications, operational needs, and long-term plans.
* Conduct regular customer visits across Europe and IMEA (2–4 business trips per month).
* Support global account strategy execution and collaborate closely with internal regional/global teams.
* Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements, audits, and standards are consistently met.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hotmelt adhesives within the hygiene industry.
* Direct experience working with P&G as a key customer is mandatory requirement.
* Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build trusted customer relationships.
* Experience from top benchmark companies (e.g., leading adhesive manufacturers such as H.B. Fuller or Henkel) is highly desirable.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model and willingness to travel regularly (Europe & IMEA).
* Based in Poland or Hungary.
