We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer with proven industry experience to join our team in Santander, Spain. In this full-time, on-site position, you will contribute to the development, integration, and testing of advanced robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and robotics, with additional experience in space technologies or aerospace applications considered a significant plus.
As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining robotic systems for space-related environments. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :
* Design, program, and maintain robotic systems for space-related applications.
* Integrate and test robotic solutions, ensuring performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics and automation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the robotics team.
Requirements :
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Robotics Engineer in an industrial setting.
* Solid knowledge of robotic systems, automation, and control algorithms.
* Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, UR, etc.).
* Proficiency in at least one robotics programming language (e.g., ROS, Python, C++).
* Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and real-time systems.
* Experience in system integration and testing.
* Knowledge of space industry standards and protocols is a strong plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* BSc/MSc in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluency in English is desirable.
* Availability to work on-site in Santander, Spain, in a full-time capacity.
