As Reservation & Revenuein training, you will provide guests with accurate information about rates, availability and hotel services, managing and confirming their reservations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the process. In addition, you will learn how to maximise hotel revenue through data analysis and price management. You will develop a global view of the market, demand and guest behaviour. Your day-to-day
- Providing customer service by telephone or email.
- Responding to enquiries about hotel services, amenities, the surrounding area and other general information.
- Assisting guests with special requests.
- Maintaining records of reservations and cancellations.
- Monitoring daily online prices to ensure they are in line with the pricing strategy.
- Monitor market developments and the competition.
- Regularly monitor the competition, keep up to date with the local market and trends in the main source markets.
- Create and update the events calendar, recognising the importance of these events. What we need from you?
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
