PLivensa Living is a southern-European leader in the student living and flexible accommodation sector, with 20 operating assets, more than 8.000 in operation and another 2.000 under development. /ppbr/ppLivensa aims to expand its leadership position and to do that we have two obsessions: our clients’ experience, safety and wellbeing on the one hand, and securing our shareholders’ return by maximizing our revenue and operating margins on the other. /ppbr/ppstrongKEY TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to) /strong /ppbr/ppstrongHR Strategy Business Partnership /strong /pp• Partner with managers to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth. /pp• Coach and support leaders on all people-related matters, including development, change management, and team performance. /pp• Champion an engaging and inclusive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle /ppbr/ppstrongHR Operations Employee Relations /strong /pp• Act as the primary HR contact for our Iberian teams, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. /pp• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance. /pp• Manage employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, including investigations, performance issues, and exit processes. /ppbr/ppstrongRecruitment Onboarding /strong /pp• Lead and support recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring we attract and select the right talent. /pp• Develop onboarding experiences that reflect Nido’s culture and set new hires up for success from day one. /ppbr/ppstrongPerformance Talent Development /strong /pp• Coordinate and monitor the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and meaningful outcomes. /pp• Identify training needs and implement initiatives to close skill gaps, foster career development, and build high-performing teams. /pp• Support managers in developing their leadership capabilities through coaching and mentoring. /ppbr/ppstrongCompliance HR Policy /strong /pp• Keep up to date with employment legislation in Iberia, ensuring Nido remains compliant across all jurisdictions. /pp• Draft, update, and roll out HR policies and procedures that are practical, relevant, and aligned with our values. /ppbr/ppstrongQualifications Experience /strong /pp• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field. /pp• 2-3 years of broad HR experience, ideally in an international or multi-country context. /pp• Fluent in English and Spanish /pp• A strong communicator who can build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. /pp• Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently and take ownership. /pp• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment. /pp• Passionate about people, learning, and continuous improvement. /pp• Culturally aware, inclusive, and collaborative in your approach. /pp• Someone who brings positivity, humour, and energy – and knows how to create connections while getting things done. /p
