About the role:

A Project Officer supports on administrative tasks of projects/tribe. The role is focused on organization, communication, and ensuring smooth day to day execution of a project.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Administration and creation of the project tools (Team, SharePoint, Kimble, Smartsheet,…) as well as accesses.

• Manage project documentation — prepare draft, version control, and ensure compliance with processes.

• Support drafting client status reporting (Achievements, Next steps, Risks & Issues) for PM completion

• Organizing and checking readiness for Kickoff meetings, trainings, testing, etc.

• Administration and monitor Time Sheets as a support for PM

• Preparation of the project invoicing (to be approved by Project Manager)

• Monthly creation of the time sheet for the client

• Update of Project Dashboard with information of project financials and status reporting

• Coordinating activities and stakeholders for project travels

• Expense monitoring

• Support on project closure administrative tasks (SharePoint and Kimble)

• Buddy for new project officers Requirement & Skillset

What do you have to offer?

2+ years of experience in similar role or another one administrative in the high-paced working environment

• Good communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent English is a must, French or Germanlanguages: nice to have
