We are looking for Analysts and Consultants fluent in Spanish + English + an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German). People with ambition to think big, an obsession for quality, the drive to always look beyond the finish line, and a collaborative attitude that delivers real impact.
What you will do
* Rapidly frame and understand each client's strategic context, challenges and needs
* Form hypotheses, structure analyses, identify insights and synthesize recommendations with clarity and rigor
* Deliver high‑quality, pragmatic solutions that are truly tailored to each client's needs and create measurable impact
* Craft clear, compelling narratives and communicate them effectively to clients

What We Expect (your Qualifications)
* Master's degree and an excellent academic record from a top‑tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering or similar)
* For Analyst roles: previous internships in strategy or business consulting are a strong plus
* For Consultant roles: 2‑3 years of experience in strategy or business consulting, with responsibility for workstream ownership and client interaction
* Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to structure and synthesize complex information effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and at least an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German)
* Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
* High levels of ownership, commitment and drive
* Ethics, judgment and integrity as core values
* Comfortable traveling and working away from home
