At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the area of Vallés.Main responsabilities- Manage and oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.- Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.- Monitor AP aging, cash flow impact, and payment schedules.- Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.Required skills- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.- More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory rol.- Experience in multinational environments.- Fluency in English.- Highly valuable experience in SAP VIM.What we offer- Opportunity to work in an international company.- Hybrid model.
