Job Description
Our Barcelona studio is looking for a Game Designer to join the team. Your main responsibilities will be:
Design fun and immersive gameplay mechanics, meta-game features and stories, following briefings and direction from your lead.
Taking care of all aspects of game design: prototyping these mechanics, benchmarking references, documenting, implementing in game, testing and fine-tuning them.
Keeping documentation up to date with special focus on UI fakes and flows and the overall User Experience.
Overall work in creative, benchmarking, documentation and analyzing tasks
Follow-up, maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned features
Team coordination: coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the associated producer
Qualifications
Proven experience in Game Design of PC/Console racing games
Strong knowledge of Game Design foundations (3Cs, gameplay systems, AI, learning curve, difficulty balancing, progression balancing, UI, access
