Your mission

Own and evolve how software is built, tested, and deployed in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
\n
Today, DevOps responsibilities are shared across the infrastructure team. This role is designed for someone ready to own the CI/CD domain end-to-end, introduce structure and best practices, and grow into a leadership role over time.
\n
What you will do
\n
CI/CD ownership
\n
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery pipelines from commit to production.
- Work with Bitbucket Pipelines and ArgoCD using a GitOps approach.
\n
Kubernetes & platform operations
\n
- Operate and evolve multi-cluster Kubernetes environments:
\n
Amazon EKS
\n
Azure AKS
\n
On-prem clusters
\n
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security in production.
\n
Infrastructure as Code
\n
- Design and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Helm.
- Drive automation and reproducibility across environments.
\n
GitOps & delivery
\n
- Define and enforce GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
- Enable safe, traceable, and auditable deployments across all environments.
\n
Observability & reliability
\n
- Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as:
\n
CloudWatch
\n
Elasticsearch
\n
Prometheus
\n
Security & compliance
\n
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (shift-left).
\n
Manage secrets with tools such as HashiCorp Vault.
\n
- Support compliance with ENS, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA.
\n
Collaboration & growth
\n
- Work closely with backend, platform, and product teams.
- Contribute to shaping the future DevOps function.
\n
Mandatory requirements
\n
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar).
- Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

- Deep experience with ArgoCD (ApplicationSets, multi-cluster).
- Strong AWS knowledge (EKS, ECR, S3, IAM, VPC).
- Exposure to Azure (AKS, ACR, Azure DevOps).
- Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
- Observability stacks (Prometheus, ELK/EFK).
- Security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, ENS, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Helm chart development.
- On-prem or hybrid cloud environments.
- Interest in building or leading DevOps teams.
