Consultant in Human-Centered Systes Design to support industrial and aerospace projects in Castilla-la-Mancha.
Integrated within multidisciplinary teams, the role focuses on embedding human and organizational factors into the design, assessment and improvement of technical and organizational systems in factory environments. Consultant will be to:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, UX, quality, safety, etc.).
Conduct ergonomics and human factors assessments, including occupational risk analysis.
Perform future design assessments (digital mannequins, virtual reality sessions, simulations).
Analyze HOF risks and identify root causes of incidents, human errors or quality issues.
Facilitate creativity workshops and conduct user tests on industrial systems.
Proven exposure to industrial or factory environments.
~ Consulting experience is highly valued.
Master's degree in Engineering or Human Factors.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong consulting and presentation skills.
Strong conviction in the value of people in system performance and safety.
