Proactive Sales Management· Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property presentations· Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, companies, DMCs, and local and international accountsReactive Sales Management· Handle inquiries from clients and agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality responses· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts under the supervision of the senior sales team· Update databases, CRM systems, and sales activity reportsPrevious experience in hotel or commercial sales, preferably within the upscale or luxury segment· Strong interest and motivation to develop within hospitality sales and luxury brand positioning· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously· Professional level of English is essential; Proficiency in office tools, CRM systems, Opera, and Salesforce/Thynk· Proactivity and strong commercial drive· High potential for professional growth and development
