Lead the design and rollout of Raketech’s unified data platform, ensuring it meets current needs and scales with the businessConsolidate data from affiliate platforms, GA4, Search Console, and other key marketing and SEO tools into a central, usable systemBuild and maintain data pipelines that ensure accuracy, governance, and accessibilityCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and help them unlock insightsRecommend and implement the right tech stack (e.G., AWS, Snowflake, Redshift) based on long-term needsChampion data literacy and support teams in becoming more data-drivenContribute to setting up a scalable and sustainable data function that supports growthExperience leading or owning end-to-end data projects, from architecture to deliveryStrong grasp of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and governance best practicesProficiency in modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQueryHands-on experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, or DatabricksFamiliarity with third-party platforms such as GA4, Search Console, or affiliate reporting toolsStrong communication skills – able to connect data solutions to business outcomesComfortable working across teams and taking ownership in a fast-moving environmentNice to HaveExperience in affiliation or iGamingExposure to SEO, CRO, or performance marketing analyticsFamiliarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
