**Position Snapshot**- Location: Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) - relocation will be required.- Type of Contract: Full time, permanent.- Type of work: Hybrid/Remote- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**Our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department is looking for a fast learner and team player IS/IT Business Analyst - CRM TechnologiesThe OOH (Out Of Home) IT product team is supporting Nestlé Professional, Nespresso, and any Out of Home Nestlé businesses through the provision of a CRM solution and other digital capabilities to provide efficiency and effectiveness for the sales and technical reps operating in the field.The OOH channel covers meals, beverages and snacks supplied by commercial food service establishments and by eating facilities in non-commercial institutions. In Nestlé we are enabling our categories such as coffee, food or water to engage this channel for selling our products and services.You will be the liaison between the IS/IT & Nestlé BusinessesAs part of the IT Product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions.You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions**What you’ll do**- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation- Analyze requirements, build test scripts, test developments, and document process flows and specifications- Work with IS/IT Product Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies business needs and also developing the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.- Support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain and in partnership with vendors and cross functional teams- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value**We offer you**We offer more than just a job.
