Role Overview

* Work on the perfect combination between a technical field, a business field, management, communication, and strategic thinking.
* Use your hands‑on mentality to get things done. You work directly with the customer on the product, present changes, and perform tests throughout the process.
* Identify & understand the requirements of a client and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with our engineers.
* Gain a deep understanding of consumer expectations, which will help you to explore new products/features for the client and translate this into the UX flow together with our designers.
* Guide the success of a product and lead our cross‑functional team (designers and engineers) that is responsible for building it.

Ideal Qualifications

* You have already gained 2-3 years of work experience in product management.
* Preferably, you have already gained some experience in digital design (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.) and have a basic understanding of coding.
* Your communication skills enable you to break down complex concepts and communicate them easily to other involved stakeholders.
* Set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts while thinking about what’s best for all involved stakeholders.
* You don’t fear trying something different, break imaginary barriers, and aim for innovative design. You are always thinking beyond our customers and aspire to offer the best customer experience.
* Fluent in both English.

Our Recruitment Process 👀

* Intro Call – a quick 15–20 minute chat with someone from our People team.
* Take‑home Assignment – you’ll have one week to complete a task relevant to the role.
* Technical Interview – a 1‑hour deep dive with the Hiring Manager.
* Founder Call – a 30–60 minute conversation to connect with one of our founders.
* Team Meetup – if you’re based near one of our offices, we might invite you to visit and meet the team in person.
