ABOUT STALEKS Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of premium manicure and pedicure tools. With 30 years of expertise and a strong presence in European and international markets, we continue to grow. We are currently looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Spain.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies within your assigned territory.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Business Development: Proactively search for and onboard new B2B clients and distributors.
- Account Management: Control payments, ensure contract fulfillment, and maintain client relationships.
- Field Work: Conduct face-to-face negotiations and represent Staleks at major industry expos.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the \"Beauty\" market and visit points of sale regularly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:\n
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, or Andalusia.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian). English is a strong plus.
- Experience: 1+ years in active sales (B2B or FMCG experience is a priority).
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a car. Readiness for business trips.
