CRM & Loyalty Expert
You will:
* This role leads CRM and loyalty strategy from business alignment through activation. You will define the customer engagement model, translate business goals into lifecycle and retention journeys, and support clients in shaping CRM and loyalty programs that drive acquisition, cross-sell, repeat engagement and win-back .
* The role sits on the strategy side, not the technical operator side, but requires a strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, data architecture, triggers, segmentation and personalization .
* You will work across channels such as email, SMS, app, web, social, call center, offline and intermediary touchpoints, helping design campaigns, automated journeys, engagement mechanics, gamification concepts and partnership-based loyalty activations .
* You will also define KPI frameworks for engagement, retention, CLV/LTV and reactivation, and use performance insights to continuously improve the program .
You should have:
* Experience in tech communications, insurance, banking, retail, or other regulated/high-consideration sectors is highly relevant, especially if the person has worked with lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and omnichannel customer communication.

Creative & Communications Strategist
You will:
* This role supports the creative and strategy teams by turning business objectives and audience insights into strong communication ideas, clear content direction and activation plans .
* The person should be able to shape briefs, define strategic territories and guide creative development with a planner mindset .
* The role also covers communication and brand activation projects, content strategy, channel mix, social media, community building and audience engagement .
* A strong candidate will ideally bring both agency and corporate experience, enabling them to connect brand thinking with execution realities and manage multi-channel communication programs .
You should have:
* Experience in agency planning, brand communications, content strategy, or social/community strategy is especially relevant, with the ability to work closely with creative teams and translate insights into ideas that are both strategically sharp and activation-ready.
