Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by plus 450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

Part of the Finance Center of Excellence you will be developing new user stories on Tagetik, our corporate management platform: focusing on financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting.
What will you do?
We are looking for experienced and motivated CCH Tagetik Developers and Senior Developers to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in Tagetik development, particularly in the Analytics Information Hub (AiH), and a proven track record of delivering solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting and related EPM processes. This is a hands‐on development role requiring deep technical expertise, problem‐solving skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement solutions using CCH Tagetik with a focus on Analytics Information Hub (AiH).
Build and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines and SQL‐based transformations within AiH.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop custom TQL scripts, business rules and calculations to support planning and forecasting models.
Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.
Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Tagetik Data Management tools and APIs.
Ensure robust security design, user provisioning and access control within the Tagetik environment.
Participate in performance tuning, testing and deployment of Tagetik applications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Tagetik solutions.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
+3 years of hands‐on experience in CCH Tagetik development, with at least 1 year in AiH.
Strong expertise in:
Analytics Information Hub (AiH): DTPs, SQL, ETL, data pipelines.
TQL (Tagetik Query Language) for scripting and business logic.
Data modelling and custom dimension design.
Tagetik Data Management and integration tools.
Experience in implementing Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting modules.
Familiarity with Tagetik Consolidation is a plus.
Understanding of Tagetik architecture, deployment processes and collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
Secondary experience with other EPM tools such as:
Oracle Hyperion Planning
Oracle PBCS
Essbase
IBM Cognos TM1
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts and across time zones as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, finance or a related field.
Tagetik certification(s) or equivalent training in AiH and EPM modules.
