Remote in the rest of Spain
Work Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across the German-speaking market in Spain. You will collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activities.
* Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1–C2) and good English proficiency.
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management .
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model, depending on location.
