The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Actimize solutions, with strong knowledge of financial crime, AML, and compliance workflows. This role requires both business analysis skills and platform specialization, ensuring effective delivery of regulatory and risk management solutions across EU markets. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/pp• Business Analysis /ppo Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Actimize SAM/ActOne implementations. /ppo Translate regulatory and compliance needs into functional specifications. /ppo Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, rules, and case management processes. /ppbr/pp• Platform Expertise /ppo Configure and customize Actimize SAM/ActOne modules. /ppo Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. /ppo Ensure alignment with AML, fraud detection, and compliance standards. /ppbr/pp• Collaboration /ppo Partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions. /ppo Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Actimize within the EU region. /ppo Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users. /ppbr/pp• Governance Compliance /ppo Ensure solutions meet EU regulatory requirements. /ppo Support audits, documentation, and compliance reporting. /ppbr/ppRequired Skills Experience /pp• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Actimize SAM/ActOne. /pp• Strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, and compliance processes. /pp• Hands-on experience in configuring Actimize workflows, rules, and case management. /pp• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /pp• Experience working in multinational EU teams (outside Germany). /pp• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /ppbr/ppPreferred Qualifications /pp• Exposure to other Actimize modules (e.g., RCM, WLF). /pp• Knowledge of financial services domain (banking, payments, capital markets). /pp• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). /pp• Certifications in AML/KYC or Actimize platform preferred /p
