HAYS Technology is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.We are looking for a Business Analyst to expand their team.Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and product requirements to ensure we meet business goals.
* Design research studies and analyze global survey data (Medical and Commercial). Provide insights and reports to regional and global teams with recommended actions to help make business decisions.
* Oversight on-going surveys (quality of answers, prepared reports, etc.)
* Developing and enforcing data policies, overseeing data collection and usage, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain data standards, quality and governance.
* Providing support in design and access management to improve applications and data sources.
The person should be familiar with pharma industry. Experience in IT projects and software development highly desirable.
* Qualtrics, Tableau or SQL and Veeva- Salesforce.
* Fluent in English, further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus)
