Drive recommendations and usage of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams by providing support services and solutions (85% time spent in the field)Collaborate with the Market Access team to optimize policies and fundingProvide training and in-service education on Dexcom products and accessories to healthcare professionals (10-15% of time)Increase Dexcom market share and territory revenue in line with company expectations, utilizing support from across the organizationMaximize strategic partnerships to enhance sales of standalone productsManage the territory according to customer and business needsUse CRM daily to identify business development opportunitiesWhat makes you successful :
Fluent in English (desirable but not required)Strategic thinker, proactive, and ready to take initiativeKnowledge of diabetes products and therapiesSuccessful previous sales experience is a plusAble to recognize customer needs and promote new approaches to diabetes treatmentImplement sales strategies in complex environmentsWork effectively with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and people skillsTeam-oriented with a consultative sales approachValid Category B driver’s licenseWhat you’ll get :

Experience and Education Requirements :
