We are seeking English-speaking Technical Support Advisors to join our on-site team in A Coruña, providing technical assistance for a integral leader in software development.

Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of leading software and cloud-based products.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions with empathy and clear communication.
- Document cases and solutions in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
- C2-level English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Education or experience in IT technologies, ideally with knowledge of:
- Cloud technologies
- Office suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.)
- Microsoft Windows (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with critical and logical thinking.
- Ability to manage diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
- Located in A Coruña or available to relocate for this role (relocation support is provided)
