This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of infrastructure delivery from the ground up.What impact you will haveThe Document Controller will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and traceability of all documentation related to our Design and Build projects. This includes managing technical drawings, contracts, submittals, and records across multiple stakeholders and project phases. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.What you’ll doEstablish and maintain document control systems and processes in alignment with ISO standards and company procedures.Manage the flow of documents (drawings, RFIs, specifications, change orders, etc.) between internal teams, clients, and contractors.Ensure timely collection, review, distribution, and storage of documentation in both digital and physical formats.Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.Track and update project document registers and logs regularly.Support engineers, designers, and project managers with document access, version control, and compliance requirements.Review incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness before dissemination.Ensure data confidentiality and access control based on project roles and responsibilities.Liaise with IT to ensure systems for document control (e.G., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, etc.) are optimally configured and maintained.Assist in audits and quality control procedures by providing requested documentation promptly.What you’ll needMinimum 6 years’ experience in a document control or administrative role in engineering, construction, or industrial environments.Familiarity with construction / design documentation workflows (e.G., submittals, transmittals, as-builts).Experience with document management systems (DMS) such as Procore, Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360, or similar.Understanding of ISO 9001 and project management methodologies is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
