As a Customer Experience Agent, you will report directly to the Operations Team Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our Finnish customers. You will support both Finnish and English-speaking customers via email and live chat, process withdrawals, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their journey with us.

What your role will look like :
* Provide outstanding customer service through live chat and email in both Finnish and English
* Communicate directly with other teams and providers to resolve customer queries efficiently
* Enhance customer experience by processing withdrawals swiftly and securely
* Achieve personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs
* Escalate issues requiring further attention to internal teams for timely resolution
* Take ownership of unresolved customer cases and see them through to resolution
* Process KYC and documentation, conducting due diligence as needed
* Provide insights from customer feedback to improve systems, processes, FAQs, and Knowledgebase
* Maintain a customer-focused approach, prioritizing the player experience
* Handle ad hoc queries, analyze customer contact trends, and provide context
Requirements
* Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
* Experience in customer-facing roles or iGaming is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High adaptability and flexibility
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Team-oriented mindset and cross-departmental collaboration skills
* Willingness to work shifts
