Areas of research include computational and network biology, machine/deep learning, cheminformatics, predictive modeling, patient stratification, and method development for analysis and interpretation of biological data.We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and collaborative **Senior Scientist, Predictive Molecular Research** to join us in facing challenging scientific problems head-on and demonstrating how computational research can transform the lives of patients.- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams at the interface between biology, chemistry and machine learning to advance the discovery novel therapeutic targets and/or small-molecule compounds- Design and implement leading-edge predictive and generative deep learning approaches to accelerate early drug discovery effort- Contribute to the elucidation of key features and mechanisms that drive the properties of protein-degrading molecules and their interactions with targets through structural modeling and molecular docking analyses- Collaborate as a member of cross-functional teams in multiple locations to design experiments, guide data generation, and validate _in silico_ findings- Develop and deploy simple analytical tools to assist project scientists in their investigational workflows.**Requirements**:- PhD in bioinformatics, biophysics, computer science or related fields accompanied by original research publications.- Working knowledge of data processing and machine learning libraries in python/R (pandas, sklearn, tensorflow, PyTorch, etc)- Familiarity with early drug discovery processes- Attention to detail and capacity to communicate technical/scientific concepts clearly and concisely to audiences of varied backgrounds.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
