Job Summary
This role is responsible for strategic management of important client relationships, focusing on renewals, profitability, and growth. It involves addressing challenges using industry expertise and mentoring junior employees. The role requires advanced skills in analytics, consulting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement account business plans and customer success strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
* Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, providing accurate forecasts.
* Lead account kick-offs by defining success criteria, updating success plans, and identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
* Coordinate with sales and subject matter experts to drive successful renewal efforts.
* Manage revenue forecasts, perform cost analysis, and develop growth strategies, monitoring deal P&L to ensure profitability.
* Handle customer escalations promptly and proactively.
* Lead initiatives to increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
* Ensure customer engagement and managed services meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Act as a trusted advisor by sharing industry-specific expertise with clients.
* Conduct strategic business reviews to evaluate progress, demonstrate value, and identify improvement areas.
Education & Experience
* Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* 0-2 years of work experience in sales, customer experience, account management, or related areas, or an advanced degree with limited or no experience.
Preferred Certifications
* IT Environment Management Certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Lean IT)
* Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP)
