Join a high-velocity team in the heart of the Mediterranean and spearhead the digital transformation of the Dutch market. We are looking for a Google Ads Onboarding Specialist to act as a launchpad for high-growth businesses.

In this role, you will be the primary navigator for companies with "unicorn" potential, helping them master Digital Marketing Ads. You will leverage your cultural expertise to build lasting partnerships, drive tool adoption, and turn new clients into long-term success stories.


Your Strategic Mandate

As a consultant and digital architect, your day-to-day will involve:

* PPC Architecture: Take the lead on client integration by designing and deploying high-impact PPC campaigns tailored to specific business goals.
* Consultative Outreach: Conduct outbound discovery to identify client objectives and pitch high-value digital solutions.
* Full-Funnel Guidance: Provide expert advice on the entire marketing ecosystem, including landing page optimization, audience refinement, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
* Revenue Strategy: Own the growth of your portfolio by identifying upselling opportunities and increasing account investment.
* Data Synthesis: Transform complex campaign $KPIs$ into actionable business intelligence through regular monitoring and performance reporting.
* Market Advocacy: Act as a bridge for the Netherlands, relaying intelligence on regional trends, competition, and user feedback to our product development teams.
* CRM Integrity: Maintain a rigorous and updated customer database to ensure seamless account management and outreach personalization.


Candidate Requirements


Academic & Professional Foundation

* Education: University degree (BA/BS), ideally in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
* Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1-C2 level).
* Tech Proficiency: Proven ability to manage CRM systems and integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity.


Dutch Market Specialization

* Cultural Fluency: A sophisticated understanding of Dutch business practices and the ability to build rapport with key regional stakeholders.
* Privacy Expertise: A deep commitment to GDPR compliance and an understanding of the Dutch market's focus on data ethics.
* Relationship Management: Skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and building trust with diverse decision-makers.
