At Robert Walters Barcelona we are looking for a Part-time HR Manager (20h) for a company located in El Prat de Llobregat. The main functions will be to design, implement, and oversee essential HR processes. This role will provide part-time or consultancy support, focusing on building the HR infrastructure needed to support growth, while aligning with company culture and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, training & development, employee relations,
and compliance.
· Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent
management.
· Establish clear HR policies, job descriptions, and employee handbook.
· Support CEO and managers with hiring processes, contracts, and
compensation benchmarking.
· Implement performance review systems, career development frameworks,
and succession planning.
· Oversee payroll and benefits coordination with external providers.
· Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and EU regulations.
· Provide coaching to managers on leadership and people management.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of progressive HR experience; strong background in medtech,
tech, or high-growth environments preferred.
· Experience building HR processes from the ground up.
· Knowledge of Spanish and EU labor legislation.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all
levels.
· Available on a fractional basis (2-3 days/week or equivalent).
· Fluent in Spanish and English.
