Responsibilities Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted net sales and EBITDA targets.
Works closely with the existing distributors, understands marketplace in detail to maximize growth with opportunities for the Company brands.
Develops an annual Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.
Evaluates opportunities of new market openings.
Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts.
Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counter.
Requirements Business School graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in the B2B sales industry at an international level in distributor markets.
Proven experience in working with international distributors, managing the day to day business and relationship, providing support and driving the business forward.
Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls.
Ability to Travel.
