What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience delivering applied ML solutions into production.
* Hands-on expertise with LLMs and NLP use cases.
* Advanced Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
* Solid experience with AWS (GCP is beneficial).
* Background in microservices architecture and systems integration.
* Experience integrating third-party AI tools and APIs.
* Comfortable leading teams and setting technical direction.
* Payments or fintech experience is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills in English.
