Accountabilities
* Advising customers on potential solutions and building lasting partnerships through excellent service.

* Identifying and following up with new leads through inbound channels via email or phone.
* Conducting online platform demonstrations to showcase products’ features and benefits.
* Creating, negotiating, and closing offers with potential customers.

* Continuously testing and refining approaches to optimize conversion and results.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges with effective solutions.
* Proficiency with digital platforms and sales tools to manage workflows efficiently.
* Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to collaborate in a fast-changing environment.
* Comfort conducting online demos and presenting solutions to diverse clients.
* Experience working with companies across industries is a plus.
