Experteer Overview In this role you will work within the Provider Organization to help steer agile initiatives from idea to delivery. You will partner with Portfolio Leads, Business Owners and Product teams to uncover pain points, size impact, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across value streams. You’ll support discovery, requirements articulation, and ongoing monitoring of product performance to drive meaningful improvements in provider experience and internal operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll contribute to agile best practices and continuous learning.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Identify pain points and opportunities with Portfolio Lead and Business Owners - Analyze and size initiative impact - Onboard relevant experts for prioritized initiatives - Ensure collaboration between experts and agile delivery teams - Familiarize and participate in agile ceremonies as needed - Collaborate with product teams to document actionable business requirements - Run analysis, mapping and investigations to support solution design - Contribute to discovery sessions led by Product teams - Promote learning and continuous improvement across teams and agile practices - Monitor and report product performance with Product teams - Support the intake submission process as neededResponsabilidades - 5+ years in business analysis, process engineering, or agile delivery with a track record of delivering commitments - Experience in areas such as Eligibility, Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Strategy, Finance, Change management is a plus - Analytical thinking to assess complex business processes and identify improvements - Strong collaboration with product teams, agile delivery teams and subject matter experts - Excellent facilitation of meetings and workshops, including agenda, minutes and follow-ups - Adaptability in fast-paced, change-driven environments with a learning mindset - Agile mindset;
Agile certification desirable - Bachelor in Business or related field;
