You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for growth, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to implement innovative solutions.br/br/Key Responsibilities:br/br/Drive sales growthbr/br/in the beauty and health industry by collaborating with top management to create and implement strategic plans. Manage a portfolio of key sellers, including major retailers and distributors, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals. Develop and maintain strong relationshipsbr/br/with retailers and distributors, fostering collaboration to achieve sales targets. Create and execute growth strategiesbr/br/based on market research, product selection, and pricing advantages. Negotiate competitive pricingbr/br/and product selections with key sellers to boost sales. Leverage market trends and consumer demand insightsbr/br/to capitalize on seasonal opportunities in the beauty and health sector. Analyze user demandbr/br/and develop promotional calendars based on seasonal trends and product lifecycles. Offer guidance on ERP system integrationbr/br/with the platform (e.g., API, middleware, CMS) to enhance operational efficiency. Apply insights into margin structures, pricing trends, and industry dynamics to support strategic decision-making in the beauty and health market.br/br/Requirements:br/br/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. More than 4 years of experience in account management, preferably in the Beauty and Health industry. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels. Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
