OPPO is a leading telecommunications provider committed to connecting people and businesses with state-of-the-art solutions. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Head of Sales to join our Operator team and foster meaningful relationships with our most valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Development of the strategy and execution plan (product, life cycle, IS and OS forecast, promoters, visibility, stock, launch times, etc.), in coordination with the strategy of the department and the company for the operator account.
* Negotiation with customers (central and distribution): contract conditions, after-sales, pricing, offers and promotions, incentives, visibility and exposure, activations and training, co-marketing plans.
* Account P&L management, safeguarding the company's objectives and profit.
* CRM, development of customer relationships with the different organizational levels and functional areas (portfolio strategy, sales, logistics, marketing, etc.), at Central and Distribution level.
* Strategic management of the Operator channel.
* Coordination at local level for the execution of the strategy and the implementation of joint plans, especially with Management, Regional Sales, Marketing and Retail.
* Coordination at the global level to ensure unity in the account strategy.
Analysis, Reporting, and Budget Management:
* Analysis and reporting of sales results to the direct superior and the rest of the departments involved, as well as the actions and strategies of other brands.
* Detection of business opportunities and risks and resolution of possible incidents in time.
* Management of the assigned budget efficiently, guaranteeing the best results and minimizing costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. + 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector as a sales-related position, preferably in operator channels. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written Spanish communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
