Responsibilities
* Supervise, consolidate, and manage financial and administrative control of all Juniper Group companies;
* Monitor, analyze, and consolidate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
* Review reports from business units for consolidation;
* Support internal and external audits;
* Automate processes to improve reporting efficiency;
* Assist in preparing quarterly budgets and analyzing variances;
* Analyze expenses and revenues to propose improvements;
* Train and support personnel, including newly acquired companies.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Proven experience in a similar role;
* Native Spanish speaker and/or financial proficiency in Spanish;
* Knowledge of German (spoken and written) is desirable;
* Leadership and teamwork skills;
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
* Willingness to learn specialized financial software;
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles;
* Proactive with the ability to suggest improvements;
* Knowledge of IFRS standards;
* Ability to produce financial reports in English.
