brRole Overview brAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with retail clients.

You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and contributing directly to revenue targets.

brKey Responsibilities brIdentify, target, and engage prospective clients within the retail sector brGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships brManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals brBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads brConduct product presentations and tailor solutions to client needs brNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue brCollaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions brTrack and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts brStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Requirements br2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in Saa S or retail tech) brProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets brStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills brExperience managing the full sales cycle brSelf-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset brAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment brNative-level of Spanish is strongly preferred, Catalan is a strong plus and fluency in English is required.
