This transition has increased the need to reinforce the Business Partner role in finance, focusing more on co-piloting:
sitting beside the business and pointing out potential risks or shortcuts, providing valuable information at the right time to enable informed decision-making.The Finance Business Partner for Spain and Italy will act as the regional ambassador for leading this transition.What is your role?
The role of the Finance Business Partner is to support the development of and drive the financial strategy and business performance of Kramp in Spain and Italy. You will partner with the commerce and operations teams in these countries, supporting business performance processes to deliver growth, profit, cash conversion, and Return On Invested Capital (ROIC). You will be actively involved in the cluster strategy development, working with cluster teams on sales development and profitability improvement plans, and overseeing local and central finance activities, including compliance and credit management.Your specific tasks include:
Driving Kramp’s financial performance mindset within the Cluster, conducting analysis & identifying improvement areasManaging business cases & benchmark definitions in line with strategySupporting profitability improvement initiatives by highlighting issues and facilitating implementationSupporting capex and M&A projectsYour team
You will lead a team of four people based in Spain and Italy. You will report to the International Finance Director, based in the Netherlands, and will interface with stakeholders including the Managing Director, Sales Directors, Operations Director, HR Business Partners, and the General Accounting Manager.Who are you?

Commercial and financial acumenStrong engagement, presentation, and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong Excel and financial systems capabilitiesExperience required:
Finance qualification MSc in Finance, MBA, CIMA, or equivalentMinimum 5-8 years of working experience in finance, preferably in agriculture, B2B, or e-commerce sectorsRelevant experience in finance business partneringFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken);
proficiency in Italian is highly valuedExperience with financial reporting tools (Tableau, GBQ, Oracle) and strong Excel skillsExperience with project managementDo you want to join us?
