What you will be doing
* You will be on a development pathway to grow into the role of Graduate Electrical Engineer and participate in the following:
* Assist the Test Manager in technical discussions with the customer during the Negotiation Phase, up to in-flight operations of the Space System.
* Assist the Test Manager in requirement assessment and risk identification.
* Collaborate in requirement assessment to define the EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment) architecture. Provide technical supervision of the EGSE development and participate in the EGSE validation test campaign.
* Support the Technical Manager for technical issue resolution in collaboration with experts under quality and programmatic rules.
* Prepare Validation documentation: Verification Control Document, Test Plan, detailed Test Procedures (Electrical & Functional, Environmental, EMC, etc.) to support design and manufacturing robustness across project milestones (Requirement Review, Preliminary and Architecture Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Test Review Board).
* Participate in coding of test sequences (based on Python or other languages) to maximize test coverage and validate design integrity on engineering models or specific test setups.
* Execute integration, qualification and acceptance test campaigns for corresponding models, including development of jigs and tooling for vibration and thermal fixtures.
* Prepare test reports and test as-run information with relevant campaign details.
* Monitor deviations, evolutions and discrepancies of measured parameters during the project’s recurrent phase.
* Use SAP and Python (among other languages such as C++, C#). Your development pathway will include at least one rotational placement to support your growth into the position of Graduate Electrical Engineer.
What we are looking for
* A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
* Recently graduated or first professional experience in engineering or a science discipline
* Ability to use generic laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, etc.)
* Strong verbal and written communication in English
* Desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation
* Self-awareness and a wish to drive your own development
