We are looking for a Payment Account Specialist for the Catalan market.Start Date:

Join our global payment solutions team** in Lisbon and elevate your career in financial customer support!ResponsibilitiesAssist Catalan-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.Provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.Onsite in LisbonMonday to Sunday - 24/7 Rotative Shifts (including night shifts).40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts - 2 rotative days off
Mandatory RequirementsC2 Catalan speaker + C1 English proficiency (language levels are mandatory).EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit (Manifestation of Interest or Residence Permit Card required).Customer support experience in a call center is a must.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
