Sr. Global Nutraceutical Business Manager

In this role, you will lead the global Nutraceuticals business with full P&L responsibility, shaping and executing a global growth strategy aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives. You will drive commercial excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth while building strong market presence and high-performing teams across regions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives
* Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets
* Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline
* Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives
* Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
* Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders globally
* Collaborate with regional teams to track pipeline performance and report business metrics
* Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering customer-centric solutions
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
* Advanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related markets
* Proven track record of P&L leadership and executing global business strategies
* Strong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical markets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
