The Global Enterprise Sales Group and Small, Medium, Corporate, Channel Partner (SMCC) organizations empower direct advertisers as well as networked and independent agencies of all sizes around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid Search/Native advertising. We are seeking a top-performing Partner Manager (Global) to maximize Search/Native advertising investment on the Microsoft Advertising network.
Responsibilities:
This Barcelona-based role will support the management of large global holding company and independent agency partnerships at Microsoft Advertising. The role works in service of the Sales team, leveraging senior client relationships to foster local market investment growth. Key responsibilities include:
1. Working with Agency Directors to nurture trusted relationships with senior leadership across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
2. Meeting or exceeding Search/Native advertising revenue targets.
3. Serving as an MSA product expert, educating agencies on solutions, and providing extensive training in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Identifying, creating, and implementing client initiatives grounded in achieving measurable business results.
5. Collaborating with internal sales teams to drive agency adoption across various advertising formats.
6. Analyzing data to identify opportunities and guide strategic partnership development.
7. Executing scaled initiatives such as sales contests, training, certification, and marketing events.
8. Partnering with teams to prepare quarterly business reviews, deep-dives, and feature adoption audits.
9. Building and managing relationships with key agency stakeholders across media, creative, measurement, and automation technologies.
10. Providing insights based on agency and client feedback.
11. Partnering with other teams to leverage resources, tools, and budgets to maximize partnership value.
12. Acting as a key client lead for product and feature adoption, pilot activation, and escalation support.
13. Leading onboarding processes for new agency-aligned advertisers via the Microsoft Advertising Agency Center (MAAC).
14. Driving agency nominations for Partner Awards and maintaining CRM hygiene.
Qualifications:
* Experience in digital media sales, account management, or client service roles, preferably with agencies.
* Ability to work across functions, markets, and segments, and to drive scaled programs.
* Proven success in building trusted relationships with agency decision-makers, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, maturity, integrity, and accountability.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to link data to insights and actions.
* Technical competency with digital ad products.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and deadlines.
* Growth mindset, embracing continuous learning and iteration.
