What you’ll be doing
* Lead complex deployments of AI software into enterprise client environments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and IT Security)
* Drive implementation from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
* Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
* Use tools like Smartsheet to oversee project tracking, reporting, and communication
* Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize rollout processes
* Influence product enhancements through feedback from deployment experiences
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years in project management, client onboarding, or enterprise SaaS / AI deployments
* Proven ability to navigate enterprise IT environments and complex stakeholder networks
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills in fast-paced, remote-first teams
* Deep understanding of deployment methodologies and security considerations
* Experience using Smartsheet (must-have) and familiarity with collaboration / project tools
* A proactive mindset: solutions-focused, unflappable, and self-motivated
