We are looking for a Business Analyst for an International Project based in Madrid (hybrid model).
Responsibilities:
* Process Mapping and Analysis: Create visual representations of workflows to understand the sequence of activities, decision points, and roles involved in a process.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data related to process performance to uncover patterns, trends, and metrics - identify opportunities for optimization and measure the impact of process changes.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define process objectives, identify desired outcomes, and document specific requirements.
* Process Design and Improvement: Developing and modeling new or improved processes based on analysis findings and stakeholder requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into the process design.
* Documentation and Reporting: Documenting the current state of processes, proposed changes, and the outcomes of implemented changes.
These responsibilities ensure that business process analysts effectively support business transformation by optimizing processes, making data-driven decisions, and successfully implementing process changes.
Requirements:
* Analytical Skills: The ability to dissect complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that enhance productivity.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of the technical tools and software used in process analysis, such as process modeling software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings.
* Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Process Mapping and Documentation: Creating detailed process maps and documentation to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
* Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify root causes of issues, propose process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
